Make ice cream the star of the show

Ice cream is still the most popular dessert on most menus

Ever been to a pub or restaurant where the whole menu is about provenance and local this and that, with steaks setting you back £25.00 and desserts lovingly homemade, and then they stick ice cream at the bottom as a bit of an after thought?

Over the last couple of years we have been working with some chef friends of ours to make our ice cream the star of their dessert menu. Believe it or not but ice cream is still the most popular dessert on most menus.

Our raspberry ice cream for example can be enlivened with chunks of good quality dark chocolate and some extra double cream poured over, or our double chocolate ice cream with some toasted almonds sprinkled on top.
